The media could not be loaded.  The product itself is amazing and deserves 5 stars. My issue is with how it was delivered. I've ordered freeman products before and each item was shrinkwrapped and then sent to me. I ordered a set of 3 and got 2 and a half because one of then must've punctured en route to my house and the inside of the shipping label was caked in black crud when it arrived. The product is great but maybe figure out a way to fulfill your products better.

This is my favorite Freeman product. Hands down. Inflammation is tamed so promptly by the soothing effects of charcoal in the product with repeated useage. Highly moisturizing instead of drying on the skin.
