Avoid This Seller – Defective Bike and Poor Customer Service
I received a defective bike from this seller. The right-side pedal was completely unusable because they mistakenly sent two left pedals. The bike could not be properly assembled or used. I tried multiple times to return the item, and Amazon customer service attempted to help me. However, because of the parcel size, several return attempts were rejected. Amazon then advised me to arrange the return myself and provide a tracking number for the refund process. The problem was that the seller did not cooperate. They did not properly provide the required return details or support needed for the shipment process, which made the return extremely difficult and stressful. At this point, I am requesting a full refund from Amazon because the item was defective from the beginning. My recommendation to other buyers: please be careful before purchasing from this seller. Based on my experience, the service and support were very disappointing.
