Great for the price. You need a drill!!
For the price, this is a fantastic piece of furniture. The instructions are extremely vague and the mounting of the rails takes a bit of carpentry skill, a very small drill bit as there are no pilot holes in the keyboard draw and you will get full of the rail grease. It is a bit unfinished with some long bolts and nuts, but extremely sturdy, durable and a great value that is cosmetically pleasing. This is certainly not an easy piece to assemble when you get to the desktop and keyboard tray(well worth it for the savings and quality).

!! STOP !! PLEASE do NOT buy this product!!
I COULD write a lengthy review of all of the reasons not to buy this desk but it is not necessary for me to do so. All you have to do is read all of the 1,2 and 3 star rated reviews and pick out all of the negative remarks and there you have it, that would be my review in a very, very large nutshell. Everything bad that everyone else writes about this desk is spot on accurate. I wish to GOD that "I" had read those reviews before I purchased this desk but I was in a hurry to get a new desk as my old one was being held together with cardboard and duct tape. I liked the way this desk looked and especially the fact that it had TWO upright supports for the desk top instead of one like the last two desks that I bought had. Those two upright supports DO make the desk sturdier in as far as the top won't bend down and forward like my last two did. The finish on the metal parts is very nice and the color and grain pattern of the particle board parts is very nice. It is too bad that the finish on the two largest boards was very scratched, dented, dinged, chipped and otherwise damaged. Screws are easily over tightened, one of the wheels stripped out while merely hand tightening it and now sits at an angle and is ready to fall out at any moment. The wheels are a VERY cheap and thin plastic. The holes in the frame are very large compared to the thin screws that go in them and therefore can NOT be centered during assembly. The heads of the screws are JUST big enough to not pull thru the hole in the frame. It is easy to over tighten the screws so that they dent the frame inward as you tighten them. The plastic inserts that are pressed into the particle board parts to tighten the screws into are easily stripped or pulled out of the board because they are not glued in place. The inserts in the top board are easy to pull out during assembly. There is no place on the bolts that screw into the top board to grip them to tighten them into the top so you have to carefully GUESS where to place the pliers and then if you tighten them to much, (easy to do), then you either pull them out of the top board or push the bolt thru the top board. There are no pre-marked or pre-drilled holes in the keyboard tray to show you where to mount the slide rail. Mounting the slide rail to the frame leaves an exposed nut and bolt end that I keep scratching myself on. The slide is covered with lube on the outside of the slide so that during assembly you get grease all over your hands and everything else you touch and there is very little lube inside the rail on the bearings where it needs to be. The bottom board is so far forward that there is no place to put your feet while working at the desk. The mount for the swiveling mouse pad board is very poorly designed and the board falls off after very little time and also makes it impossible to fully push the tray back under the desk top. I would really like to return this desk for a refund and WOULD DO SO except that the box it came in was too badly damaged to re-pack it which means that I need to find a new box of a suitable size to ship it back. Also I would need to disassemble the desk leaving me with no where to put my computer until I can get a new desk. Also the desk arrived two days after I was hospitalized for 3 weeks due to a VERY RARE, but also VERY BAD reaction to the Pfizer Covid-19 vaccine. So that by the time I put everything together in order to ship it back for a refund I am past the return date. So since I have all of the tools and the necessary skill set to do so, I am going to reinforce and re-build the desk as needed to make it work the way it should have right out of the box. This means buying new heavy duty wheels. Reinforcing the bottom board and the way it attaches to the frame. Redesigning or simply discarding the swiveling mouse pad. reinforcing the way the top mounts to the frame. As well as several other small changes and additions. The only thing I don't have is a welder so that I can beef up all of the places on the frame that are barely tac-welded in place. Again, all of the negative reviews and remarks are HIGHLY ACCURATE and VERY TRUE. PLEASE HEED THEM and spend your money on a different product with better reviews. I seriously can NOT under stand how this desk managed to get a 3.7 star overall rating. I also CANNOT understand how ANYBODY could have given it a 5 star rating. Oh, sorry I almost forgot one thing. There is no leg room under the desk as the bottom board comes nearly all of the way to the front of the frame which makes it EXTREMELY UNCOMFORTABLE to sit at when you are using it. That is of course for my own personal way of using it which is for a laptop. It might be more comfortable to use and have at least a little leg room if you are using a computer with a separate monitor and keyboard assuming that you can get the slide out keyboard shelf attached and working properly. I REALLY, REALLY wish I could give this desk a better review. Like I said, it LOOKS nice (barring the badly scratched up wood parts) and the double upright supports make it much sturdier and give a more solid feel to it (barring the cheap material that if not reinforced will cause it to have a short life span). However, those two positives do not outweigh the overwhelming multitude of negatives. One LAST remark please DO NOT let my negative remark about MY bad reaction to the Pfizer Covid-19 vaccine cause you to decide to NOT get the vaccine. As I said, it was a VERY, VERY RARE reaction. I got a nasty rash that went away with treatment by a topical cream in very short order ( just a few days of treatment). I also had some severe swelling (especially from the waist down) due to massive water retention that was treated very successfully with diuretics (water pills that make you pee a LOT). The VAST MAJORITY of people have had NO ADVERSE REACTION to the vaccine or very minor reactions like a cold for a day or two. Please get one of the vaccines as soon as it becomes available to you. Lets all do everything we can to put this virus out of commission and put an end to it. Please take care of yourselves and your loved ones and stay safe everybody

Great sturdy desk - Horrible wheels
Take your time with each step of assembling this desk will really help. The instructions aren't detailed, just pictures for the most part, but they will give you clues if you take the time to look closely. The desk is very sturdy for the price and is roomy for a small desk. However be aware of the wheels as they disintegrated within a few months on carpet. If you don't move the desk or if you are using it on a hard floor I imagine you would have better luck, but the wheels are really not matched well to this desk. I am now struggling to find replacement casters that are sturdier. Until then my desk is a little low sitting directly on the floor without wheels.

Not too sturdy
This was really easy to assemble. No missing parts. Fairly well packaged. The size is perfect for what I needed. The color was not as dark as I expected. Its more of a cherry wood color. The metal components are very thin and flimsy. Once assembled its ok but I wouldn't put too much weight on it or move it around very often. The metal is very think walled and the wood is low grade particle board.Overall its fine but curb your expectations if considering buying it.

Sturdy
Small compact and sturdy. The selves slide is smoothed. Wheels are hard plastic and were the only thing I replaced. But the wheels that came with it are fine but I like wheel with rubber. It fits my computer very well

Bad instructions and Missing holes
I bought this desk because it was the only desk that I found that could hold my new computer that had wheels. It arrived fast enough no complains there but its alright after your done nut the assemble is insane. Nothing is labeled the only why you can find what parts are really what parts is to measure them. The instructions only shows you pictures and numbers that you cant easy tell what what. The one were you put the support beam in was almost completely invisible. The screws go into plastic instead of wood. and one of the screws almost broke though when we screwed it in tight. The hole were the caster go in has such think paint two of the wheels didn't want to screw in without a lot of force. the metal pieces are not wielded together. The screws that go into the stop doesn't have a natural stopping place we almost screwed it right though the told. The keyboard tray did not have hole in it or any markers to show were the screws would go. We had to measure those out our selves and use a drill to make them. And lastly this is a poor design as the mouse tray only works if your right handed. Which my right hand doesnt even work.. At least it was easy to leave off the final build.

Sturdy table
Assembly is not difficult but there are a couple of things to watch for. Side panels must have rear wood brace holes the right way. Put the top in before tightening all cross brace screws. Make sure threaded bolts in the top are vertical or will have trouble getting it in. Then tighten screws. Had to drill keyboard shelf for rails.

Poor instructions
Instructions were horrible to follow. No predrilled holes on the top part to attach it . Desk didn't hold up very long afterwards. Ended up taking to the dump sadly .

The desk is perfect for small areas
The desk is great for small areas. Good over all.. A little shorter then i expected but that is on me as didn't really check the height just the length. issue i had was after having it set up for 2 days and i tried moving it ..one of the rollers broke..not sure if it was already cracked or what and tried gluing it but broke again..so will have to replace
