A Non-Negotiable for Foot Pain Relief โ Incredible Value
These are an awesome value and they truly work. As someone with flat feet, an extreme case of bunions, and plantar fasciitis, this set is honestly a non-negotiable for me. If I skip using them, I can absolutely feel the difference and end up in pain for much longer after workouts. The foot roller is firm enough to actually relieve tension without being unbearable, and the spiky balls are great for targeting specific sore spots. I love that everything is lightweight, durable, and easy to clean, so I can use them at home, at my desk, or even toss them in a bag when traveling. Theyโve helped increase circulation, loosen tight muscles, and noticeably reduce foot pain with consistent use. Simple, effective, and very well madeโthis is one of those products that actually does what it promises, and I highly recommend it if you deal with foot pain or plantar fasciitis.

Perfect for arch exercises!
Was recommended this roller by my spine specialist to take pressure off my feet & do some arch exercises. It is VERY durable (survived my dog and a fall down a staircase). And itโs now a part of my daily morning wake-up routine. The spiky balls were a nice addition to the pack + loved how the two balls have different rigidity so you can go from the softer one to the harder one. Plus- loved the little exercise insert with pictures! Very good product for the price! At my local sports store a single roller is the listed price, and spiky balls are $5 each. Happy with the purchase!

As advertised, but wasn't the solution for me.
While this product didn't do much to help my Planta Fasciitis, I certainly don't have a problem with it, the devices were as advertised and I used them. I preferred the roller, the spiky balls are on the hard side and I'm a tenderfoot but I did use them. Plantar Fasciitis is no fun, I picked up being too aggressive with the distance and pace of my runs. It took about a year to solve. What did fix my problem is when I randomly asked a Dr (a General Practitioner) about it while in for another purpose and he said, get a (Plantar Fasciitis) boot and sleep with it for 6 weeks. I ended up on the Braceability website and bought the "Padded 90 Degree Soft Nighttime Boot Splint". It looks like there are more options available now then when I purchased and Amazon may have similar items, I haven't checked. Sleeping with the brace for 6 weeks cured me and I still wonder holding the foot at a fairly level posture while sleeping accomplished what the roller devices and some trips to physical therapy didn't. These roller balls might just be the ticket for you, they are inexpensive and easy to use. If they don't work, there are other options to explore. Walking without pain (let alone running) is highly underrated,

RYSON FOOT MASSAGE SET
Ahhhhhh feels so good to roll away all my little aches and pain. I purchase a lot of massage devices and this set is well made, it doesn't have a plastic smell, and it has high quality wheels. It is a welcome addition to my collection. My LMT reccomends me to use the roller everyday, it even helps with posture! You have to get your feet and footing right to alleviate back problems! I have many different sizes and textures of balls for pressure and pain relief. These are on the firmer side. They also work to lay or sit on them to target the right muscle area. Or you could just roll them with your feet. Do it while watching tv for a week and you will notice a difference. I suffered greatly from plantar fasciitis a number of years back but as I learned these muscles need to be attended to to stay healthy. This set by Ryson meets and exceeds my expectations for a good price. Recommend.

These helped ease my aching feet, and my girlfriend's plantar fasciitis
About 6 months ago I wanted to get back into shape, so I started going to the gym a lot. I was running, jogging, lifting weights, etc., and I started to have bad foot pain. I wanted something that would help my feet and I looked at many different ones on Amazon eventually coming across this one. I only use the spiky balls and not the roller with the rollerblade style wheels, but it was worth it for the pain relief to get me back into the gym each day. My girlfriend is a huge runner. She recently ran a half marathon and loved to run 3x a week to stay in shape. She was unfortunately diagnosed with plantar fasciitis and had to lay off a bit and only go to yoga and spin, to keep less pressure and weight off her feet. She then thought it would be a great idea to join a soccer league with coworkers and was terrified that she wouldn't be able to participate because of the pain. Since it came with 2 of the spiky balls, I gave her one of the balls (yellow) and she has been using it daily. She now has minimal pain in her foot getting better every day and is running like she was before the pain came. Personally, if I could do it over, I would buy the spiky balls separately, but the roller may be something you're looking for. I just don't have much input on that.

Long roller not very spiky
I liked getting these in a pack. It makes sense to have one at the desk at work and another at the desk at home. I was disappointed in the quality of the long roller. The raised texture wasn't as spiky as it appears in the photo posted. It did not look like what was advertised.

Excellent help for Plantar Faciitis
If you have plantar faciitis you've probably looked at YouTube videos for exercises (if you haven't, start with Pat Stanziano's Therapy Thursday video, "Pat's 6/30" - life changing!). There are various things you can do, but rolling your foot on something like this tops the list. This Ryson Foot roller and the balls are well-made and very sturdy, reasonably priced, and do the trick. I use the roller throughout the day (keep it under my desk) and I do the exercises first thing in the morning so that I don't have to lurch across the room like Frankenstein in pain when I take those first few steps. Try it, you'll be very happy. Get two so you can keep one by your bed and one at your desk or recliner.

Good foot massager
This works well to massage your feet. It's a good size (not too small and not too large) and seems to be durable. My feet did feel better when I used it.
