**Q: Is this gluten free?**
A: I believe so. It should just be fermented soybean, sugar and salt but it has a flavor enhancer that is not msg. The bottle doesn’t specifically say gluten free but it’s pretty similar to other soy sauces.

**Q: Wondering just how to use this sauce - - in place of regular soy or Tamari or as a finishing sauce, so to speak?  Thank you one and all!**
A: We use it either instead of soy sauce or in combination with soy sauce. Its really good in fried rice.

I love oyster sauce and hoison sauce for fried rice or stir fry. As anyone know, once you add too much salty sauce it is too late. Golden mountain is the go to. Can't go wrong!!!
