I believe it’s 50-52 mm . With that said it’s a very comfortable watch to wear . I wouldn’t let the size of this watch worry you . It’s a Gshock and very light on the wrist and comfortable to wear . It’s my best and favorite Gshock.

Q: Would this be a good every day watch? I'm planning to get this as a gift for my boyfriend. He goes running and lifts at the gym every day.

Absolutely! I almost never take it off. For running it has a stopwatch function and is easy to use and see, it has a backlight that can be turned on if he's more of an early morning/late night runner.for lifting though, I would recommend not wearing it because it is a bigger watch and it could become a safety concern.

Absolutely false this watch is amazing and the battery once brought to a full charge can last for 8 months . It’s an incredible Gshock.

If you get white face with black numbers like the one pictured above i think you should be fine
