Misleading
This product was listed as refurbished and in good condition. When in fact it is all scratched, cracked and broken. Not sure yet if it even works.

Refurbished item looks like it got plucked from a trash compactor
I bought this as a Christmas gift (it was specifically requested but hard to find) and was reassured by the description stating that it would be in like new condition. Waited longer than usual for it. Thank God I opened it for inspection before gifting it because it was in rough shape. Before I could even get it out of the box I could see it was markedly damaged. It went right back into the box for return. Never bothered to test the function.
