Finally!
Finally! I have found a decent sugar substitute! I just started on a GLP-1 journey and was looking to scale back my sugar content especially in coffee or sweetened beverages. I'm very, VERY, sensitive to other sugar substitutes to the point that I can smell them in beverages. The taste of them is so off-putting to me, almost to a point that I gag if I accidentally taste it. Not this! Is it exactly like sugar? No. But it's decently sweet without the aftertaste and I am thrilled. Yes it's a little pricey but I feel it's worth it to me and i will definitely repurchase it again and again.

Good sweetener
I've never used Allulose before but a committed fan now. It's definitely not as sweet as sugar and some other kinds of alternative but I prefer this over Stevia which tastes vile to me.This also makes a really good powdered sweetener with a quick whirl in my Nutribullet.

Good
Not as sweet as sugar or sucralose but good. No bitterness or aftertaste detected.

100% would buy again!
Used these to lower the actual sugar content of my homemade marshmallows. YUM!!! All the yummy goodness without the wild sugar spike. The kids couldn’t really tell the difference either.Allulose doesn’t spike insulin levels and still taste good. Didn’t give anyone a tummy ache or gas. Allulose is a bit more expensive but worth it when you’re trying to choose healthier alternatives. This product was a hit!

I heard it was the 'Best' artificial sweetener to use (alternative to Stevia or monk fruit)
I don't care for Stevia or monk fruit taste.I have unfortunately used SPLENDA over the years and enjoy it's taste. But, it's 'reportedly' not the best for you or for ketogenic diets. The sugar alcohol based products are bad for you - worse than actual sugar. They're out!So I saw several respected MD sources discuss Allulose and I decided to try it.It's okay. But I had to use a _LOT_ to achieve the sweetness profile I enjoy. I'd say a heaping spoon full almost equates to one packet of Splenda's sweetness. But coffee tasted different and not in a good way with the Allulose sweetener.I can say I will NOT buy it again. The juice ain't worth the squeeze.I'm old, if I die from Splenda use I know I enjoyed the flavor of my morning coffee. Not recommended (as a Splenda replacement).

Hollow flavor
I don't think the hollow flavor is special to this brand since it is pure Allulose. However, when I first got it I tasted a bit on my finger and it was great. I thought, WOW! They figured out a new sweetener. WRONG. Once added to coffee it mellowed out the bitterness of coffee but no sweetness was there. It's a hollow flavor. Antoher review said that but I bought it anyway. I had never tasted anything that could be described as hollow" until now. I don't suggest this as a sweetener.

Allulose could turn out to be an integral part of a well formulated ketogenic lifestyle.
This is delicious… truly reminds me of regular powdered sugar. Mixes well, blends well, freezes like soft serve ice cream, no odd tastes to food, no stomach upset. The bonus is studies suggest that Allulose activates sweet taste receptors in the gut which can trigger the release of GLP1, a hormone involved in appetite regulation aiding in satiety.

Good healthy alternative sugar for diabetics
This helps sweeten anything that you want it to sweeten. I put it in my coffee every morning. It seems to dissolve and I can't tell it's in there at all so it isn't gritty. It also seems to dissolve in food too if you're baking. So it does make a good sugar substitute. I am diabetic and it does not Spike my sugar.
