Yall. This stuff has literally changed my life. I'm 42 years old, diabetic with severe hypertension. I was diagnosed with diabetes 3 years ago and not a day has gone by that I have felt my age. I was always weak, light headed, no energy and slept like crap. My blood pressure was all over the place. The bottom of my feet had turned hard, cracked and extremely itchy when my sugar was high. Within I'd say 2-3 days the first two things I noticed was my feet were getting soft and actually moist. Yes, I hate that word too, but its the best one I could think of to describe it. 2nd, my blood pressure was no longer shooting up high when it was time to take my next dose of medicine. In fact, it was low when I'd check it. I also noticed I wasn't hungry, at all, at any time of the day. I always feel full. My mood has changed as well. I'm no longer gloomy and less depressed. I hesitated to write this review until I'd been on this for 2 months and got my next labs. Well here I am, 2 months later. Had my labs and was weighed. I'm down 16 lbs. My A1C went from 7.2 in October to 6.5 last week (Dec 20th). I'm going to show before and after photos of my face to prove the difference. You do not have to be diabetic or have hypertension to take this, BTW. It will raise your metabolism, help prevent cancer, and so many other things besides regulating your blood sugar and helping your heart. Also, incase you're scared to take the recommended 3 pills at one time each day, I never once noticed any side effects from taking all 3. I hope this helps!!!!

Very light and comfortable take and relax

Just began taking this stuff. Don't know what the results will be. However, the capsules are much more friendly than drinking apple cider vinegar and cinnamon mixture.

I am 65 with many small aches and pains and general lack energy. I won't claim that this supplement makes me feel 25 again. However, I can tell when I am not taking it every day. When I take these consistently, I feel a little less achy and have a more energy to get through the day. I have been taking these for about a year and will continue.

The Supplements have the right balance of turmeric, black pepper and cinnamon. The capsules are a little big for me so I break them open and add the contents to Greek yogurt and berries. Would also be excellent for smoothies. With consistent use I see less bloating and feel better overall.

This is really good, I don't know if it actually helps with weight loss, but I know it truely helps with digestion. You will wake up feeling lighter, best taken before bed..though the strong smell sometimes makes me want to puke.. I am not so consistent but each time I feel heavy after meal, I must take this
