Im not sure if it's working yet. I've been taking it for a week. My stomach was feeling really good,except today I've been in the bathroom several times with loose stools. Maybe it's something I ate that didn't agree with me. I mix it in a glass of juice and use my battery powder wisk and it blends very well ,every little piece is blended
