I am using 4, t5 ho 6500 degree bulbs. Should i go to a 200w metal halide?** A: I have mine in a pot in a window. You can use a smaller wattage grow lite and still get nice results. **Q: can this survive in full sun?** A: Definitely not. I have them under one of the Mars Hydro 300 watt LED bulbs and they started to brown at about 24 inches away. I moved them a little further away at around 48 inches and they seem to be thriving now. Assuming the sun is more powerful than my light I can speculate that the tree needs shade. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Beautiful little seedling *by A***N on April 1, 2016* Picture is deceptive (perhaps not purposefully so.) It is not whitish with pink edges. It is green with reddish edges, which is fine with me. It is a beautiful little (for now) plant. I ordered this and another seedling and they came undamaged, just breaking dormancy, and the soil was still damp. I go another plant that came crammed in the box and soil was desiccated so just know it appears you'll get luck of the draw. However this one was great! Very happy with it, it unfurled in the first week and is a beautiful. It will take years to become mature, which is fine with me. Just enjoy it for what it is now. ### ⭐ I was a little disappointed about its size *by R***D on June 8, 2018* I received this sapling last year. I was a little disappointed about its size. It was quite small for a 3-year sapling. After surviving through the winter, the buds on the tree did not leaf out and the tree dried up and died, despite being carefully watered.
