It’s finished well, looks elegant in the backyard. The kebabs, tikkas and rotis taste awesome. I would recommend using restaurant grade charcoal because it’s hotter and burns longer. I use Jealous Devil brand, sold on desertcart. I had made a shorter stand (compared to one that comes with the tandoor) it’s perfect for cooking with clay pots. I have cooked dal, saag etc and there is no match with the flavors we get in a tandoor. Highly recommend this product if you like traditional styles of cooking.
