Q: Can these be used outdoors?

The risers are hard plastic and should hold up under most weather conditions, but I can't say for how long. They could be subject to shattering in extreme cold weather. I actually could not use this product as intended. The top of product was too small and tge two vertical edges didn't allow it to sit squarely under the beds footing. I cut strips of pine, glued them then stacked the to the height needed. Worked great. For another bed I purchased round pcs of wood from a craft store and did the same. Work great.

Q: Can these be painted to match the legs of my sofa?

I'm not sure. But if I had to guess I would say yes

Q: Can these be used outdoors?

I dont see why you couldn’tbut you would have to take into consideration that they might slide around on some surfaces.
