it works for me , wait 10 to 12 minutes after apply,one tip : dont apply too much , just 3 or 4 little spray .2ND TIP : after 10 minute of apply , wet your skin with very little water, then spray 2 or 3 times againafter 5 minute yuo ready for good actioni personally share my experience , with this method i perform 40 to 50 minutes ,just one more thing , when you doing action then give some breaks 1 or 2 minutes
