So Goodnight My Dear - a stunning retrospective of their most memorable songs
What a great duo they were - experimental, haunting, thought provoking, electronic funky soul with Roisin Murphy's voice sweet honey gliding over the top of the danceable, thumping shimmering electrobeat. If you like groups like Goldfrapp, Ladytron, New Order, Kate Bush, Tori Amos you will love them.Such a shame they only recorded four albums and a greatest hits package, but Roisin's three solo albums are worth checking out also. All the tracks are great but Statues stands out - not like their usual uptempo dance tunes, it's slow, haunting, unforgettable and quite possibly the most beautiful song ever written. Sublime. If I could give it more than five stars I would.Stunning and Essential, if only all music were as good as this.

Moloko's original Electronic Soul
Perhaps not the best 'Best of' but certainly outstanding songwriters, musicians and performers - especially for their time - the live addition to the package is what it's all about for this compilation! From 'Familiar Felling' and 'Cannot Contain This' through to the best-ever version of 'Sing it Back' (especially that simple bass-key intro), Roisin's is the attitude that holds it all togther.

Pure Moloko Seeker
The thing about moloko is that alot of people have heard of them....but dont really know any songs by them except sing it back and time is now, which is a shame as they had many good songs out before and after those singles (which got ignored) if you want to find out more about moloko's music but dont know which studio album to buy then this is a good place to start to give you a feel of their whole career, though there are many gems on their albums which were not singles or on this album. Also the track bankrupt emotionally is exclusive to this cd so even if you already have all their albums its worth buying for that song also!

Moloko Catalogue
The original tracks are excellent. The remixes are a bit mixed (sorry), from the thrillingly inventive to the downright irritating. Take your pick. A good buy regardless.

'radio edits'
sure, best known Moloko tracks = great. but what you've got here are all 'radio edits' - the shortest versions of each track - not even album versions = NOT GOOD!
