Is this the original formic acid version? It doesn't say 'Original' on label.

My label just says"contains formic acid and additives"

Only use one bottle according to the instructions on the bottle. Then when its empty you order another bottle from Amazon.

Can it be used on a steam iron and does it work?

Yes it can. I've not used it on a steam iron but friend said it's excellent. Everything else I've used it on is fab but be careful when using.

Can this be used in a washing machine? If so how do i use it in there? Thank you.

Not really suitable for washing machines as it is difficult to calculate dosage. There are many specialised products for cleaning washing machines, many sold by Amazon.
