Some of the best money I ever spent! I purchased this one year ago after major surgery. Right after I got it, I took it to the cardiologist's office and checked it against their equipment (they use the old-fashioned pump type bp cuff for a more accurate reading) and it was only 1 point off. Even they were surprised with the accuracy! Per Dr's orders, I recently started weaning myself off a heart med. This little gem gives me such peace of mind knowing where my BP is at during this process. And I love the handy case it comes in. Charging takes a few hours, but doesn't need to be done very often.

My spouse is weaning off blood pressure medications & so we wanted to have a reliable cuff to measure BP as he was weaning off the medication. We specifically were searching for one that was easy to use & read, small enough to store easily, not a budget buster in terms of cost, & of course had reliable readings. We chose this cuff because, based on its description & many positive reviews, it fit the bill on all accounts. We are not disappointed. The cuff is really easy to use. No fiddling around trying to get it strapped around your arm in just the right place without help. The wrist band is well constructed, holds perfectly during readings and is really a lot easier to use. I really like that this cuff is completely rechargeable and does not need batteries changed out all the time. The voice output on this cuff is pleasant to hear-though very quiet (there's no volume control that we could find)- and can be turned off if you do not need it. And although the digital readouts on the cuff monitor are VERY easy to read, the voice reading is handy if you have visual challenges. Readings are, of course, for both systolic & diastolic pressures as well as your heart rate. This will not measure, of course, oxygen saturation- you'll need a pulse/ox tool for that kind of reading. In terms of operation, this cuff was simple. One button push to stop or start. We found readings to be pretty bang on close to our typical readings at the doctor's office- and that stood true for both wrists, with results within one point of the other side's results. There is the option of storing up to 120 readings for two people, which is great for keeping track of your results. We love that there are ZERO bells & whistles on this cuff- no Bluetooth connection options, or wifi, or any of those unnecessary things. If, however, your doctor requires you to send results regularly from your BP cuff, this device would not fit the bill for that need. BIG BONUS! A reasonably sturdy & handy storage case to keep the cuff & charging cord together and tuck it away safely!! Other cuffs did NOT have this and we were not interested in trying to find a large storage space for a cuff when not in use-- or losing yet another charging cord to that endless dark abyss in the "charging cord drawer" in our house. Units that use arm bands for measuring readings are large & take up a lot of space for storage! This unit is nicely compact & easy to put away in the handy storage case when not in use. The storage box is small enough to store in a nightstand drawer, making handy access for early morning & bed time readings. Also, if you have young children in the house that like to "check things out" (LOL) this will keep the cuff a little less accessible & exciting to "check out" when you're not using it. Overall, this is a great cuff at this price point! Would highly recommend for daily monitoring of blood pressure readings for the typical person/patient taking better charge of their health journey.

I use the item 3 times and discovered that I had a brain tumor went into the May 8. I used it three times successfully, but when I went to the hospital and lost charge when I came back out of the hospital. It had gone completely wacko on me. I don’t advise anybody to buy these. Verbal blood pressure checkers. It’s on the wrist. This is my second one that I purchased and both have been not good. I will never buy a blood pressure monitor on Amazon again because it’s such an important tool that it has detrimental results and now I’m sitting here in my first day home from the hospital and I’m having to put it on read because I can’t text so that’s my advice if anybody that’s looking to buy a blood pressure monitor that they can rely on this one is not reliable, and the one that I bought previously was not reliable

I’m currently 61 & about six months ago it finally sunk in when my doctor mentioned that my blood pressure had been high my past several visits. But what made me really take notice was when I went to donate blood & was refused because my blood pressure was too high. That had never happened. In fact, most of my adult life my blood pressure was generally lower than average. I also hate, & I mean, absolutely HATE the arm cuffs of Standard & automatic blood pressure machines. They are too tight & they actually hurt (me anyway). This wrist cuff HBP Monitor is fantastic!!! And my Home Healthcare Nurse & I tested it, it's accurate. Highly, highly recommend!!!👍🏻

My husband and I have been mixing a lot of fruit drinks with our Ninja we also bought on Amazon. We've been adding beets to the mix and finding our blood pressure is going down. We are keeping track of it to make sure we don't need our BP medicine from day to day. We got tired of fighting over our one cuff we had so bought this second one.

This is one of those things that people will disagree on, including doctors. I prefer the cuff around your arm. My wife prefers this type of unit around your wrist. The reasons I gave it 4 stars: its rechargeable, which is good because you are free of wires and is bad because we already have so many rechargeable devices. You have to keep this in the box or label it so it isn't lost with the rest. Also, it has some kind of voice that gives commands or information. We can seem to turn the voice up loud enough to figure out what its saying. This is the best of the wrist units I've used, but I prefer the cuff. My opinion. Others will feel differently.

This product has served me a lot, I think there should be a device of these in every house. My husband has been suffering from pressure and it is so good to know that we can keep her monitored with these devices, I definitely recommend that you buy one.

It is very convenient, but i'm not convinced it is accurate. My husband stopped using it after a few odd readings.
