It works fine, but the hydration bottle is a problem for me, because the water comes thru the hose and into my nose. I use it laying down just for oxygen therapy, so that could be it. But it works without water in the bottle. We bought it because of the added feature of the nebulizer but have not tried it yet. easy to use, talks to you, a good investment into our Health.

This product is garbage.. My air purifier blows more air then this I regret spending money in thus machine ...don't spend your money the air flow is so weak and overheats in 30 minutes.
