I wanted to replace my mismatched mugs with a set that looked beautiful and functions well enough to please everyone. The large handle makes them easy to grip even when full, and the ceramic retained heat noticeably longer than my old mugs. One mug had a tiny flaw on the handle, and an included note in the packaging encouraged reaching out if anything wasn’t right. Service was very responsive and the replacement I received was flawless. My drinks stay warm significantly longer than with my previous mugs, and the set makes my cabinet look instantly more organized and uniform. I would absolutely choose these mugs again and am glad I replaced my old collection with them.
