Great headsets for work
These are awesome, I’ve bought them for everyone in my office, they are great headsets and I like that they don’t cover your ear. The sound quality is really good and they cancel out noise. They are comfortable to use all day. They can get a full charge in about 10-15 minutes. I like that I can use them for work and can also connect them to my phone. The only thing i wish they did is that I could answer phone calls from my computer using the “answer button” they said it is a feature that may be available in the future. I highly recommend these.

Awesome headset!
This headset is fantastic! The fit is great and is very comfortable. The sound quality and functionality is amazing. It is very light weight and super easy to use. It comes with a nice carrying case and the price point is the best part. I would definitely recommend.

Exactly what I asked for
I bought these for work. I'm in a private office with a door that can close and am required to be on a variety of calls every day from Teams, Zoom, Google Meet, and others. I have worn and tried a wide variety of headphones in the past, and these are exactly what I was looking for. Pros: - Comfortable to wear for 8+ hours a day. So comfortable I forget I have it on. - Good noise cancelling Mic, and generally good quality - Good charge (I put it on the charger when I leave work, and take it off when I put it on in the morning) - It reconnects if I walk out of range to get to the break room or to make copies, though I haven't timed to find out how long I have to be out of range, it hasn't been an issue so I haven't noticed. - Can clearly hear everything around me and can actually put in earbuds for my music without heading the Shokz off. - Beautiful sound quality. Easily the best I've ever had for voices and phone calls. The slight buzz I felt when first using them either isn't here, or I don't notice the vibration anymore. (I want to get a personal set and try out music with it) Cons: - When a call comes in, sometimes it's too loud. This is a settings issue I just have not invested the time into figuring out. The call in volume is not the same as the talk volume by default. - If you are looking for noise cancelling for you, so you cannot hear the world around you, that is not this headset. You can hear everything going on around in your space as clearly as you hear the sound coming in through the headset. So, if your coworker talks a lot, you'll hear everything they're saying.

Pretty Good Headset for Work
This is a great headset to use for digital phones (such as phones through your computer). My company's phone system is through Zoom. I also use this headset for web meetings, online training courses, webinars, and phone calls. I use this headset heavily and for multiple hours each work day. . . sometimes for a full 8+ hours. Pros: Charges very fast Battery life is good and lasts for 8+ hours of use Lightweight on the head (forget it's on) Open ear design means I don't have to take my headset off when not using it. I leave it on all day. Sound is pretty good for calls and web meetings, etc. Others have verified the sounds is good on their end, too. Noise cancelling works pretty well. Cons: Sometimes my temples get sore just from the headset sitting there over long periods of time (The headset gently 'squeezes' your head to stay on) The audio is good. . . but not as good as my personal AfterShokz headset that I use for running / working out even though it was more expensive. Sometimes the audio volume level seems to be inconsistent. Sometimes when I turn on the headset, the volume on my phone is way too low or way too high and I seem to have to adjust the volume pretty frequently. I have not yet used this headset via bluetooth with my computer of phone. It does have multi-pairing functionality, though. I use this headset with the USB-C dongle plugged into my computer. In general, I do like the headset especially because I don't like traditional headsets that go on top of your head. It works well, pretty consistently (plug and play), and lasts a long time. It is lightweight on the head so I can wear it all day.

I wear the SHOKZ OpenComm2 all day. I’m chatting with clients, attending a Zoom meeting, or waiting for a call. The SHOKZ OpenComm2 is very comfortable to wear and does not fatigue your ears like all-day headphones or earbud wearing causes. I also wonder if having your ear canals open to the air is safer. I work alone, so being able to monitor my surroundings is important. I like to know what my corgi is getting into when my back is turned. Bone conduction is like having an extra set of ears. I can focus on a call, but monitor my environment. The SHOKZ OpenComm2 will easily last a day. Shokz says there are 16 hours of runtime, but fortunately, I’ve never had that long a day in the office. :-) The boom mike offers superb noise reduction. I live in a windy area and have used this outside (I admit to sneaking outside to play fetch with my dog on some long calls.) with no problems being understood by clients. The controls are easy to use; I prefer tactile buttons to touch screens. The sound quality is great for hearing callers, and you can listen to music on the SHOKZ OpenComm2, but the sound quality is not as good as on the Shokz Open Run, which I own. That’s not an issue for me, as I work alone and usually have my hi-fi blaring. But, if you are concerned with music, realize that the SHOKZ OpenComm2 is designed for voice reproduction, not music. Bassheads look elsewhere. :-) The SHOKZ OpenComm2 offers dual pairing and seamless links between two devices. I use it with my phone or through the Shokz Loop (See my review on Amazon.) when using my computer. The only thing I would change on the SHOKZ OpenComm2 is the charging port. This uses the standard proprietary charger used on all Shokz units. It works well with a secure magnetic connection, but I would prefer the industry standard USB-C connection. The proprietary cable is well made, but it is one more cable to lug around and track when you travel. The carry case is hard-backed and very protective. There’s room inside for a cable and a Loop. In conclusion, the SHOKZ OpenComm2 is a well-designed bone-conducting headset that offers a solid connection, all-day comfort, and fantastic noise reduction. It is an excellent investment if you talk with clients all day.
