I’ve bought fancy Japanese clips for years because the clips in the US were never tight enough, but damn these clips are good! They hold really thick hair and they hold tiny little fine pieces out of the way when you’re highlighting without snagging the hair or hurting people. They seem like they’re decent quality and reasonable for the price. I will update if they don’t have good longevity or something but they seem like they’re gonna be great.

✅These were a great choice! I wanted something sturdy and didn't rust easy. THESE ARE IT! Definitely worth the value and I was not disappointed. Will definitely buy more if needed! Comfort was good. I did use a honey oil found here (https://amzn.to/3Z0iW5W) to prevent any tension, just in case. No issues. I have 4c locs if that helps!

I am sure the product details specified the length of these clips, but like me, you may not have looked that closely. I have thick long hair. When curling the under half of my hair, I needed all 4 clips to hold up the top half of my hair. And even then, it wasn’t that secure and it fell out after a bit. I think if you have thinner hair, these are fine and sturdy. But if you have long thick hair and are looking for something similar to what your hair stylist uses, these aren’t it. Gave 4 stars still since it was probably my fault I didn’t look at the specs.

Great quality material. The size is perfect for my needs, which is to use at home for basic styling or giving myself a trim. I’m not a professional stylist. They hold my hair exactly how I need to, they don’t slip, and don’t snag my hair when taking them out. Right now 4 has been more than enough for my needs but if I ever need additional clips, I will definitely buy another pack.

This was harder to depress than expected and a bit slippery. One of the clips was misaligns when you depress it.

They hold their hair very well. I prefer these Over The Lobster Claw type clips that are plastic. Sometimes the plastic ones will just shoot out of your fingers and across the room LOL you don't have that problem with these
