Very good quality. I am anemic and I take 3/ day instead of the horrible ones that you can take from the pharmacy, instead of the ferrous fumarate 210mg

Been taking for 2 wks,nails seem tobe in better condition and grown quickly,not sure if coincidence??Will keep taking.has anyone else noticed this??

No problems on tummy so easy to take anytime. Dosage probably for me is not strong enough even though l have taken them for awhile. I suffer with anemia. If you have any ideas would be greatful

Expensive and will last only 1 month but pleased with it.

Capsules are slightly smaller than the average and easy to swallow with water. Doesn’t upset or cause any stomach aggravation even if you take it without food. It seems effective but I decided to go back to Garden of Life simply because there are some better added extras for me in their Healthy Blood supplement.

Only just started this supplement, I struggle taking iron tablets, but was told I need to take iron and vitamin C by my doctor. So far so good

A brand I’ve come to trust. No nasties and no side effects. Easy to take. A little on the pricey side for a months supply. Would recommend!

I am not sure if this iron sup works for me. I have not noticed any differences. I will give more time, it's been two months but normally I see and feel improvements right away. It's definitely not as strong as Viridian Iron. I almost feel like it has no effect. I feel I will be walking right back to Viridian whom I do notice a difference. I thought I would try this new Iron out in the case was stronger and better. But the grass is not greener on this occasion!
