Kinesiology Tape Athletes, Water Resistant, Reduce Pain & Injury Recovery, 5cm x 5m, Uncut

I have carpel tunnel syndrome and am awaiting surgery. My hands can get very painful and I have found that using this tape really helps to support my hands/wrists so i can function as normal throughout the day. The tape is of very good quality, I have used several different types of tape and have found that these stick so much better than cheaper brands. The stickiness of the tape is very good and strong. They are great value for money and would fully recommend.

The best kinesiology tape I have ever used! Would recommend rounding off the corners to get it to last. I have a long term health condition so was using this for on average a week after application, occasionally I had to trim a small amount to stop it catching but this was expected. It handles far more abuse than any other tape I've used. So represents good value for money compared to cheaper brands that don't last more than 24 hours. I play wheelchair basketball and found the tape stood up to use on my elbows during even the toughest training sessions. Few minor down sides it comes off with water - I got caught out in the rain and the tape lost its glue and came off my knee it's a downside but the manufacturer is very honest about this and there is a waterproof version. Did not stick well to feeding have some planter fasciitis in one foot probably because my foot got a bit sweaty the tape only lasted a few days but would you really want to go longer than that without washing your feet anyway?! Again in this circumstance the manufacturer recommends the H2O tape for feet.

Great durability, keeps my issue in place for around a week, does the job well and nice design.

This stuff is great but it is destroying my skin where the ends are always put. As I'm using it on my knees I can only secure it in the one place and it's making my skin sore and itchy. This is probably because it actually sticks, so it does what it says

Very useful and funky looking product. Easy to apply. This really supports injured muscles and tendons. Also good to drain limbs following the removal of lymph nodes.

Works a treat, just remember to warm it slightly, I used a low heat setting on a hair dryer and it sticks longer, even in the pool.

Excellent tape for supporting my back whilst recuperating from disc bulge. Helps no end!

I am giving this 3 stars a I am a long time user of rock tape and this one didn’t stick to the skin well at all like the others I have bought in the past. After sweating it came right off so I couldn’t finish my workout as it was useless, rock tape used to hold up way better.

J'utilise des straps de kinesiologie depuis une blessure assez grave au genou. J'ai utilisé pas mal de marque et je me suis laissé tenter par "Rocktape". Un peu plus cher, un peu mieux? Et bin non! Je l'ai posé avec minutie après avoir arrondit les bords avec des ciseaux. Une heure de sport et certaines parties du strap ont commencé à se décoller alors que je les avais bien posés sur un genou rasé.

As a college cross country athlete, I use this product for various reasons and I swear by it. It really helps where I need it and I don't have to go to my chiropractor as often as I used to. I use it for Sciatica, Tight Trapezius Muscles, and Shin Splints. Sciatica: Having sciatica is the worst pain/sensation I have ever experienced. My chiropractor showed me how to use RockTape to tape where my sciatic nerve pain starts and all the way down my leg. Without this, when my sciatic nerve pinches or gets irritated I would not be able to go out an run even a mile. My cross country practices are up to 10 miles and races are 6 Kilometers. After using RockTape, I'm running pain free after about a week. Without it, it usually takes me about a month to recover and be able to run again. Posture: I have insanely tight trapezius muscles which causes me to tense up so my posture is terrible. I'm also pretty tall for a female, 5'10", so I've always had pretty poor posture because I was always so much taller than my friends growing up. I apply it on my back/shoulders and it helps my posture tremendously. Shin Splints: I also get shin splints every time I get new running shoes and this helps by putting it on my shins. The tape usually lasts over 5 days for me. + You can wear it in the shower. Being an athlete, I shower daily and it still sticks after 5+ days in a row. + It's supportive. Depending where you use it, it supports your muscles so they aren't being overused. Which decreases the pain. + It relives pain. The pain in my shoulders instantly decreases when I use it. + Spend less money on a chiropractor. I was seeing my chiropractor + Instructions on how to use it. Cons: - Tape will start to come off on the ends if you sweat or take a shower within a couple hours of putting on the tape. I recommend putting on the tape at night before bed. This tape is great! This is now my "go to" tape. I use the Rocktape to tape my arches for martial arts, and found that the adhesive is much more durable than the KT. The Rocktape seems to be a thicker fabric type tape, as opposed to the more stretchy nylon of the KT. For me, the Rocktape just provides better support, and will last about 3-4 days, including through swims and showers. The only slight negative is that the length is not pre-cut. Kind of a pain, but feel I use less since I can cut just what I need. Be sure to round the corners of the tape for better application. I have recommend this tape to all my friends. Added bonus of Rocktape - cool designs!!
