My hands can get very painful and I have found that using this tape really helps to support my hands/wrists so i can function as normal throughout the day. The tape is of very good quality, I have used several different types of tape and have found that these stick so much better than cheaper brands. The stickiness of the tape is very good and strong. I have a long term health condition so was using this for on average a week after application, occasionally I had to trim a small amount to stop it catching but this was expected. I play wheelchair basketball and found the tape stood up to use on my elbows during even the toughest training sessions. Did not stick well to feeding have some planter fasciitis in one foot probably because my foot got a bit sweaty the tape only lasted a few days but would you really want to go longer than that without washing your feet anyway?!
