The safe box arrived right on time and in perfect condition—no dents or damage at all. It was packed securely, which I really appreciated. I was initially expecting it to be a bit heavier, but honestly, the size and weight turned out to be just right for placing in a closet. The build quality is solid and it feels well-made. I also really like that it has two methods of opening—makes it super convenient and adds a layer of security. There’s plenty of room inside for valuables, documents, and other important items. Highly recommend this safe for anyone looking for a compact and secure storage solution!

Awesome sturdy safe, that fits perfectly at the bottom of my closet. The locking mechanism was easy to program and works perfectly whenever in use.

FOWORE - 7.5 Cu Ft Fire Proof Safe- The packaging seemed fine from the outside when it arrived. When unpacking, it was clear it had been dropped. This doesn't seem abnormal for a 70 lb. item - it IS heavy. There were several cosmetic defects- paint scrapped to bare metal, small dents, etc. Thankfully, the keys were included & accessible. Some of the shelves were coated with a heavy layer of dust, some were not. It appears that this was a re-manufactured or returned unit. There was an excess of light oil dripping out of it. The manual states that this is an "EX" Unit. However, the FOWORE website did not show this model as EX or anything else. I found the location of the batteries, and installed them. [The illustration of the battery location is incorrect.] I see there is an LED (1!) for illumination, but no obvious way to turn them on. I found a 'RESET' button. The manual states that there is a "00" button; I could not find one. The FOWORE website has a lot of "FAQ" questions and answers. They also have several videos. The videos were mostly 'cutsy' marketing and had little technical information; certainly nothing about my model safe. The manual has a lot of QR codes in it. These are a bad idea to put in a manual. What happens several years later when it malfunctions? What happens is the videos are no longer available? What happens if you cannot get access to the internet? In my opinion, this is not adequate. Why didn't they make a manual of all the features, printed in LEGIBLE (not microscopic) print; written in English by someone who UNDERSTANDS technical English (not someone who can barely speak conversational English); With illustrations that show the correct model. {I'm certain there a lot of people who claim they can translate to English, yet have no idea what they're translating means. How is an accurate translation possible like that?} Additionally, there are lots of typos and mistakes in the manual. [an "00" key? Did they mean "0" & "0"?] Interestingly, there is a QR code for the fire test of the safe. What makes this interesting is that the safe is NOT UL fire rated. The manual mentions "management" & "personal" passwords with no explanation of what the difference & implications of them are. I think I shall be returning this item.

It is easy to program, features an elegant design, and is suitably sized to hold my valuables—keeping them within easy reach and in a secure location.

This is a great size. I like the fact that the inside shelf is removable. Very sturdy. My only wish is that the number display would light up when you push in your code. Beyond that I don’t have any complaints.

I didnt get around to opening it out of the box until a few days ago. Nowhere in the description did it say it required 4 AA batteries. When I bought the batteries and thought it was good to go, I kept trying to program my new code and it just wouldnt register. By the time I was fed up with it, it was too late to return. And the shelf is NOT removeable. Its held in place with 2 big bolts. And for the size of it, it feels very cheaply made. Do not recommend.
