It is marshmallow inside on top of a caramel bottom and then covered with the delicious See’s chocolate. Yum!

I buy Scotchmallows for my husband's birthday every year. They came well packaged with a freezer pack. See's makes the best chocolates! These are really good with a cup of tea.
