The media could not be loaded. What I really like about this is the rubber base that the mat sits in – it means the mat is not curling up at the ends no matter what surface you drop it down on to practise and also due to the non-slip bottom of the base and the mat sticking via Velcro to it, it does not move. The mat has a sequin like material on top that when brushed one way is light green and the other way is silvery white. Before taking a shot you simply brush the mat left to right with your foot or with club etc to make it light green. Then when take your shot the silvery white will reveal where your club strikes and also the trajectory of your swing. The dimensions of the mat including base is 42cm x 26cm x 1.5cm (please see photos). With it not being a large mat like you would use at a driving range for example where you also stand on the mat it does mean with this one that the ball is 1.5cm higher than your feet – something to bear in mind.At current selling price of £25 (including using £5 off voucher) I would say that is good value and have seen similar golf mats sell for slightly more.Overall this is a good swing practise mat that will definitely help those looking to analyse and improve the direction and pitch of their golf swing, but I am not yet sure just how durable the sequins of the actual swing mat part will be, and I wonder if this is why they have included a spare mat. Please see photos and video with this review.

Good gift for golfers
Nice quality golf swing practice matt set. Got this for my step brother as he’s into his golf, he knew exactly what this was straight away and was chuffed with it. He has since told me it is a fun toolTo train his swing, and is worth giving it a go every few weeks.Very happy to recommend

Excellent tool for swing feedback
This golf training mat is an excellent tool for analyzing and improving your swing path. Its durable design, featuring a non-slip rubber base, ensures stability and prevents curling at the edges, a common issue with cheaper alternatives. The standout feature is the fabric surface, which acts like sequins, clearly showing the direction of your club’s strike. This visual feedback helps identify swing faults such as an outside-to-inside path or striking the ball fat or thin. The mat’s feedback is invaluable for honing swing shape, whether working on draws or fades. By simply brushing the surface back after each swing, you can reset the mat for the next practice. It’s a great aid for golfers seeking to correct their slice or refine their technique..The inclusion of a replacement mat adds value, ensuring extended usability. However, the sequined surface may ruck up slightly over time, though this is expected with such aids. For optimal use, consider placing the mat on a level surface, as the slight elevation might affect club alignment during practice.Compact and portable, this mat is easy to carry in your golf bag or store in your car for range sessions. Its thoughtful design even makes it a great gift, arriving boxed and ready for wrapping. For any golfer looking to enhance their practice routine with clear, actionable feedback, this mat is highly recommended.

Not massively consistent but equivalent to the cheapest around
I've tried a couple of different track pads / strike mats for golf hitting practice like this.As is typical for the better ones, this one comes on it's own rubber mat to hold the strike pad / mat in position. This particular one from Imaycc has a replaceable mat and the mat itself velcros down securely to the rubber base, which is very good as it ensures that the mat stays flat in use. The rubber base is heavy enough too to make sure the whole mat stays in place while you practice and while you flatten the sequins back down after strokes. This one works the same as many other ones on the market - the sequins on it reflect the direction of your golf iron strike on the surface of the mat. This allows checking your straightness of your strikes/swing. The sequins initially are quite tightly flattened against the surface of this mat and so it takes a proper skim of the mat to pick up the hit consistently as a mere light skim won't affect the sequins. Over time they loosen up and hence why a second mat is included as eventually you also loose some sequins and end up with a sparse patch in the middle (because the way these are designed you place the ball on the same spot every time) and so having a spare surface mat doubles the lifespan of the product. You may be able to source further spares as they become needed(?) (they are approx. 24x39cm).The mat comes in a plain brown box, which is a little disappointing for gifting to the golfer in your life, if that's your intention, but it comes pristine. We've found this style of mat generally works well for practice between rounds/sessions at the driving range or can of course be taken to the driving range with you should you feel inclined. We also use it for hitting practice against a (large) golf net in the garden and that's a great combination for training. At the moment this is about equal to the cheapest of this particular style of strike pad (with rubber backing mat). Therefore, overall 4 stars from me.
