Hi, it is for the image pictured which is the Rams Antique Emblem.

Is this flexible I want to put it on a water bottle?

The one I bought of Green Bay Packers is made of metal and you cannot bend it. They may make other items that are flexible, more like a sticker that you could put on a water bottle but the item I bought was heavy and metal and will not bend.

Is this doubled sided?

No; the image you see in the photo is the top side and the back side has a peel off, so that you can stick it to something, but it does not bend and it is not flexible; it is made of metal.

Where are you guys placing these on your car and is there a better option than 3m tape?

The 3m tape is recommended as it won't damage your car. We've seen customers play them on the front, back bumper, near the gas can, near the back window ect. Really anywhere you have a flat service. They can also ne hung in an office bedroom, or game room.
