Bought this for my 14yo son but we ended up taking turns and it can hold the asault. Needs a few weights on if you wanna go heavy but all in all a very good buy. Make sure you have enough space.

Not impressed at all with this. Firstly trying to assemble with the rubbish tools they give you which broke and rounded after 2 screws. Screws are numbered incorrectly so had to guess which ones went where. Instructions are impossible to read. Punch bag isn’t very sturdy and also quite small. Ok for kids but not adults. Speed ball is built for children also as it’s very low. Positive it was delivered quickly but on because I requested a refund but they said it was too late and dispatched out the very next day after requesting a refund.

Excellent customer service and item good value for money

Good piece of kit overall. Agreee with other reviewers in that you would be wise to use your own tools for assembly as the ones supplied are not that good quality wise, but its just a spanner / allen key / screwdriver job at most so you don't need to be a DIY god. I am certainly not and it wasn't difficult to put together, although easier with two people. A one star reviewer said it was very flimsy and fell over. I would suggest they hadn't put it together very well? The base has specifically designed vertical rods onto which you can place free weights to stabilise the unit. Once you've done this the Hulk wouldn't be able to knock it over. Bricks or breeze blocks would proably suffice? Punching ball is very satisfying. Imagine it's someone you hate. I chose Dominic Cummings.

The bag is good but half the straps have snapped after just six months usage so the product is not up to Amazon's high standards and it's of no use and not worth the money l paid for it, I contacted the vendor and was told they can only give me a replacement and not a refund but I don't want a replacement because the bag is not fit for purpose.

Discovered that two of the holes on the floor stand were missing, so had to drill additional holes in the steel frame - not an easy task! Later on in the assembly process discovered two of the support struts had holes located in incorrect positions, so had to drill a further two holes.... Finally when inflating the punch ball the pump provided broke - extremely frustrating!

Got this for my son. He is very pleased with it. He found it a bit tricky to set up, but got there in the end & uses it a lot.

This product is not sturdy one bit as soon as you hit the boxing bag it near enough falls over (and I am a girl) so I would not recommend this to anyone

Le matériel est comme sur la photo , tout est parfait , le livreur a était super professionnel et émable . La commande ce fait sur deux jour , la plateforme + la poire de vitesse le jour J et le sac de frappe le jour suivant. Voila c'est impeccable , Le montage est ultra facile grâce au shema sur la notice , ça ma pris moins de 40 min je crois mais bon j'étais fatigué aussi . Dès que j'ai reçu le tout , je l'est tester et je peus vous assurer que j'ai adorer . Bon... la poire de vitesse fait un peu de bruit je l'accorde mais a par ça rien a redire , voila j'ai étais le plus sincère possible. Je vous conseil cette plateforme.^^

.) Ich habe einen Boxsack mit 50kg hängen, das ganze Ding verbiegt sich - und es liegt nicht am Zusammenbau. .) Auch die Höhe kann ich bestätigen, dass nicht ausreicht (ich bin 178) - ich habe es mit teurer Antirutschmatte auf einer Palette. .) Apropos Antirutschmatte - die braucht ihr unbedingt. .) Die Plastikschuhe zieht es dem Ding sowieso aus, wenn man es mal verschieben möchte. .) Zu guter Letzt hätte mir am Bild schon der hintere Fuß auffallen sollen (beim Punching Ball). Der ist mit nur 1 Schraube befestigt - das Resultat ist, dass durch das höhere Gewicht auf der Seite des Boxsacks das ganze Ding "kippt". So fest kann man die Schraube gar nicht anziehen, soviel Gewicht nicht beschweren. Da müssen 2 Schrauben ran, um das drehen des Fußes zu verhindern. Ja, Leute, euch muss klar sein, dass die Halterungen nicht für euren After Work Spass sind, sondern Gewichte drauf gehören, damit es fest steht. Und für Kinder ohne Punch kann man es brauchen - oder nur um Geschwindigkeit zu trainieren. After kräftige Schläge oder gar Tritte - nein, dafür ist es wirklich nicht geeignet.

pas de notice de montage et pas de vis ! inutilisable a ce jour!

Ich habe es mir bestellt um zuhause Sport zu machen und bin nicht so zufrieden mit dem Ständer . Es wackelt mir zu viel wenn man bisschen fester auf den boxsack draufhaut und ist nicht stabil auf den Boden sowas es sehr laute Töne macht die sogar mein Nachbar hören kann der ein Stock über mir wohnt . Draußen könnte man es nutzen aber nichts für zuhause
