The quality is very good, a single serving packet is just enough and the best part is there is added protein. Great start to the day when paired with your other favorite breakfast items or great all by itself. If you fill the packet with water that is the perfect amount of water for the serving. This has become my favorite Oatmeal. If you want a more banana flavor, you could add your own as well. There are nuts in this but they are small and not overwhelming amount. The texture is consistent and exactly as other instant style oats. Its instant so preparation is quick and easy to prepare. I highly recommend this oatmeal.
