A product worth spending money on (and saving some !!!) Mercury free, gluten free, starch free, lactose free
I bought a pack of three bottled fromAmazon about a year back and has been taking them regularly. They sure are a good supplement. Thought of buying them from a local retailer (Costco) but I was surprised to see that they sell the same quantity at almost 1.7 times the price. These are a very good supplement for a healthy lifestyle and contain 360 mg of DHA per gal tablet. This dose of DHA reduces the risk of heart ailments to a great extent. About the quality of Nature's Bounty products, one doesnt need to say anything. They are among the best manufacturers of energy supplements. The item arrived within 2 days of ordering. MANY PEOPLE HAVE ASKED IF THEY ARE MERCURY FRE AND IF THEY CONTAIN STARTCH, SUGARS, GLUTEN, MILK, LACTOSE ETC... Just to assure people about these concerns, I have included two product images with my review. One showing the front and the other showing the details of the ingredients. And its clearly mentioned that they are purified to eliminate mercury and they do not contain gluten, stach, lactose (and many other things). ONE TIP: They are available on Amazon as single bottle and as a pack of three. And once you strat taking them, there is no reason you would stop. Therefore I suggest that one should buy the three pack.

No fishy burps
My doctor recommended fish oil as a supplement. I've been taking these fish oil capsules for years. I don't know if they're really helping my heart, but I'm pretty sure they're not hurting it. I've also read that fish oil tablets help reduce anxiety. Do they really? Who knows? I order these because they don't leave a fishy aftertaste, or cause fishy burps. Cheap insurance, as I see it, and I trust the brand.

Good for my heart health
