This device works and you will also sleep better
I took a chance on this product, despite all the other claims of fixing the snoring problem we all get blasted with. The explanation, just made sense. Well, it WORKS!! Not only is my wife happy now, but I am actually not waking up at night. This device works! I never read directions, but a quick explanation for those like me. The side hinge arms are for adjusting the mouth piece for any over or under bite you may have.

Does not fit
Horrible. The basic one is much better. Hard to fit and would not stay in place. Waste of money.

Warning before wasting $$$$$
It's easy to mold, but you have to get it right the first time. These failed me and when I was startled awake from my snoring I panicked because I couldn't find them. Turns out I spit them out and set them on the bedside table in my sleep. DOES NOT WORK FOR EVERYONE.

Easy to use
Very easy to manipulate and good quality. Is not too thin but definitely better than the thickness from the ones you get at the dentist. I like this one better than the one I got from my dentist. They work the same but this one is cheaper. None of them are super comfortable because it’s a device inside for mouth but this one it’s definitely comfier. Once you get use to it, it does help with the snoring.

Not worth the money
I’ve been using anti-snoring mouth guards for a number of years. Don’t waste your money on this one. Although adjusting was easy, once it was adjusted to help my snoring it didn’t stay in place. I kept waking up to find that it wasn’t holding my jaw in place because my bottom teeth had gone behind where the device! Plus it needs to be replaced every 6 months. Just not worth the money Went back to my previous mouth guard.

Uncomfortable
This seems to help but it is uncomfortable. They need to design it for better comfort. It’s hard to wear it for more than a couple of hours.

This device works!
This is not Sally , it’s her husband reviewing this. I’ve been on a CPAP machine since 2000, suffering from sleep apnea and heavy snoring. I can’t get thru the night without that machine. Or so I thought. For about a year I’ve been aware of devices that move your lower jaw forward to open the airway down your throat, but I knew a doctor would charge tons of money to create a personal device to do that. And then there was the gamble of it not working after spending the money. Recently I started looking on Amazon for these devices to see if I might find a good one. I read review after review and finally settled on this ZQuiet Advance. There are four settings to choose from in how far forward to move your jaw and when you get it, you must heat it up and then insert it into your mouth to make a personalized impression. That part was a bit tricky, but I got it done. I chose the number 3 setting as I’m a heavy snorer. It works!! Yes, it’s a little difficult to get used to; a bit cumbersome in the mouth, but now after two weeks of use, I’m pretty used to it. And it is so wonderful to be able to get a good night’s sleep without that mask, hose, and rushing noise all night long. And my wife loves it, too. I will note that after I molded it and used it for a couple of nights I had to take an x-acto knife to some of the material that squished out, as it was pressing on some of my gums a bit. But now this thing is working great; I’m getting a good night’s sleep every night. And I’m looking forward to traveling this summer without dragging that blasted machine with me and worrying about distilled water everywhere I go! This probably isn’t for everyone; some people may not like the thing in their mouth. As for my jaw, it does take several minutes in the morning for my jaw to realign, but it’s fine. If you have TMJ, this probably isn’t for you.

Follow your gut
This product works just like the Silent ZPro blue tech that I bought. I would say this one is an upgrade. I don’t have to clean a lot of little holes and I can talk clearly. The only drawback I have so far is it still feels weird only the 3rd night and hoping it will start to feel normal and the protruding plastic can be shorter. Also i wanted to mold separately but the directions said not to and I should have gone with my gut. Definitely worth the money!
