Well, I am very fortunate that i received the collar quickly. This collar allowed me to quickly find my dog when he dug out of the fence. He is lightning fast so being able to head him off was helpful. He met 38% of his step goal for the day by the time I got to him. The other features on the app have all been great. Being able to track his rest vs activity and the community are all fantastic features. I enjoy being able to see all the adventures other dogs are having. It's inspiring and adds an unexpected bonus to the experience. I definitely feel this collar is worth the cost for the peace of mind. It works well and my good boy looks so handsome in it. I am grateful you make a good product because it really came through when I needed it. Thank you.

Love the FI tracking dog collar! It helps keep track of her walking distance and her resting time. It notifies you when you are away from home with your dog or has left home without you. It's perfect to track when the dog walker takes your dog for a walk you can track the distance and time away from home. I like the search party feature too. It seems very comfortable for her wearing. Easy charging and last for almost a week before needing to charge. The app is easy to use and very helpful. I love the community feature as well. All and all a 5+.

I LOVE the Fi collar. My cockapoo, Monster, was a bit overweight. I wanted to take him on more walks and some off-leash hiking trips, and I'm also a tech nerd who loves data. Now I have piece of mind AND lots of data to go through. The app is awesome, everything worked great right out of the box, the collar is slim and not too heavy for my guy.. overall just a fantastic product.

Let me start by saying that I think the device and the app are both very easy to use and accurate, which I really appreciate. It provides an exact location of where my dog is, and that's exactly what I need. However, I’m disappointed with the quality of the collars. The first collar I received was faulty and didn’t snap into the device properly, so I had to initiate a return. The second collar worked for a few days, but after just three days of use, it stopped holding securely and disconnects with even the slightest pressure. I didn’t expect to have to deal with returns repeatedly, especially since I ordered through Amazon for convenience. The tracking device itself is great, but the collar it comes with is lacking. I’ll probably look for a replacement elsewhere.

Would give 5 starts if it wasn't for the high monthly fee. The functionality of this product is excellent and the peace of mind it gives you is fantastic. I just wish they'd lower the subscription rate to a reasonable price.

Every day I see local posts from people desperately trying to locate their lost dog. My dog doesn't have a habit of getting out but I am sleeping soundly at night knowing that if something were to happen, I will be able to recover him quickly instead of tossing and turning with regret.After a month of use, I have not experienced any issues with battery life, false alerts, or any of the other negatives that I read about prior to purchasing. When we leave the house, I receive a notification on my phone immediately and location pings have been very accurate. I also like that there is a setting to test lost dog mode to ensure that the device is functioning as intended.

The safe zone premier will extend to your WiFi reach- no matter where you set the safe zone perimeters. If you set a safe zone and your WiFi reaches further than the safe zone you set it WILL NOT alert you that the dog is outside the safe zone: I had to manually set the base and the safe zone because the system was showing my location as somewhere else. Customer service was easy to contact and very knowledgeable. It was co Vermont that allegedly of a dog is lost/stolen and inside a home or vehicle it may not be eat trackable- as it would be outsides Halo collar is much more expensive but from the people I know with it, it’s much more dependable. The collar itself is sleek, very well made, and great quality. I got the Medium for a 20lb French Bulldog. Fits perfect.

I really love this. I bought another brand and it was so bulky and I couldn’t use it. My dog was in front of the house and never leaves without us. I cleaned my car and turned around and he was gone. He had an air tag on and we were unable to track him. We thought he was in the ocean. The air tag would not update. For 3 hours we had boats in the water, every neighbor searching cameras and then we found him. He had followed my neighbor into his house and my neighbor was out searching for him when he returned home and saw my dog sleeping on his couch. We decided then we needed something very accurate. I bought the fi and I got the large collar, my dog is a golden doodle who is 59 pounds. We charged the collar and the you are able to pick a safe zone, at home, when he ventures anywhere outside the zone, you get a text indicating that he has left it. There is a lost zone, which immediately sounds an alarm on the collar and it tells me how many steps he does every day and when he does to much, to slow it down. He is very active, so he is doing over 30000 steps per day. The collar isn’t bulky and it is water proof. This give me such peace of mind. I feel safe that if he ever gets lost, we will find him immediately. The collar goes off of cell towers when in lost mode! Battery has lasted for the last 20 days and we this is a great investment for anyone looking for something better and not bulky. The thing functions so well!!
