Unfortunately, this mask's plastic irritates my skin and causes small red bumps around my eyes and nose. I've been to my dermatologist and everything- this is the only thing I could be. I'm disappointed because I loved wearing the mask. I gave it some time to do elimination tests, and now it's too late to return it. That said, the mask itself seems well-made and the value for the money seems appropriate ($100 after a $40 off coupon). I usually don't have sensitive skin, so I'm super bummed. I will say, too, like others- the batteries don't last very long. It's good it comes with two.

I bought this after using a corded, hard plastic one for years that cost around $200. I was seeing great results with that one but it was super uncomfortable. I bought this one because I wanted a cordless and flexible mask. This one is that, but I don't think I'm seeing the same results with it. My skin would be GLOWING the next day with my precious mask, and this one I'm not getting that. My other mask had up to 10 levels strength and this one just has the one. The only thing you can change is the color. The other thing I really hate is the little battery pods. They have enough charge for a 20 minute session and then they need to be recharged. My other mask I was doing 30min sessions. So once the first pod dies I clip on the other one and turn it back on, and immediately plug in the first one to charge. Once I use the second one for another 10mins, I have to plug that one in too so I'm using both my charging cables at the same time. And they dont charge very quickly. ALSO, those little pods get downright SCALDING HOT and they're located on the side of the mask at your temple. I question whether this is harmful. Would not buy this again and actually think I'll probably be going back to my old mask.
