Great for Coffee and Tea!
I’m very satisfied with the Amazon Basics Single Serve Coffee Maker. It’s compact, easy to use, and works perfectly with both K-Cups for coffee and tea bags for black sweet tea. The brewing process is quick, and the coffee comes out hot and flavorful. I also appreciate the simple design and how easy it is to clean. For the price, it’s a great value highly recommend!

Great economical alternative to keurig
This is such a great machine for the price. It has the ability to use ground coffee or coffee pods. It brews quickly and efficiently. The way the machine is designed i won’t have to worry about clogged needles like i did with my keurig. After going through three keurigs this was a welcome change. Only downside is there is no filtration in water tank but i don’t mind it. Also, the water tank is smaller but i just fill it each time i use it. No big deal. My husband bought this as a gift and i was so grateful since i typically only drink two cups each morning. But i love that i can use grounds if i want to. Also switching between ground and capsule is so much easier to do than with the keurig. All you do to brew is press button to select cup size and press button for either capsule or grounds. One more caveat. The way to adjust the height of the cup stand was a little cheap but honestly i just leave it at the low setting even for short cups and it’s not a problem. Summary: great machine for the price, versatility, a few caveats but nothing major and i would definitely recommend it.

DO NOT BUY IT! BAD DESIGN.
This has to be the worst design for a coffee pot I have ever seen.CONS:1. While the water comes out the front, the displays and buttons are on the right. So you have to pull it out every time you want to use it and fill it with water. Difficult with limited counter space.2. Using it is not intuitive. It took me a while to figure it out. You have to put the KCUP in first, shut the top and then you can pick capsule and the desired amount. I found the 10 oz to work best for a regular size mug and two of those for large travel mug.3. When it's done the lights don't turn off. And if you do things in the wrong order, the lights won't turn off ever! Even when you unplug it. We had to take out the Kcup and start all over again.4. The water capacity is small - but I did know that.PROS: I don't drink coffee but my husband said it's fine.My advice - don't buy it. I returned and reordered the same off brand I purchased before - the motor finally died on that one. But it's easy to use so went with what I know.

Coffee maker
I have had this coffee maker of almost 2 months. A few weeks ago I was almost ready to return it. I had a lot of trouble getting it to operate properly, would not fill the cup, no water at all would come out, or it would only blow steam. Very frustrating. I accidentally found that the water container on the back was not seated properly. After filling it, it must be pushed down to make sure the water can flow into the heating chamber. If it is not, you will encounter the issues I had. It has worked flawlessly since I discovered this, both with pods and ground coffee. Once it passes the test of time, I see no reason not to rate it a 5 star.Update, November 2024. This coffee maker has worked flawlessly since my last review!!! Definitely a 5 start product!

Great Value and Choices
I love this machine. It's easy to use and delivers a HOT cup of coffee. You have a choice of 5 cup sizes and K-cups or ground coffee. A lot of choices for such a small footprint. Great in our guest room area.

Just what I was looking for
Just a simple, plain K-Cup brewer without many accoutrements and features. No clock to set, no automatic timers, no temperature settings. Just a plain, simple, K-Cup coffee maker. Features a cup size selector with both a K-Cup and Ground coffee filter and brew selector. It has a 24oz water reservoir. Set up was simple and straightforward. The machine has an automatic shutdown/standby mode after use. The machine has a smaller footprint on the kitchen countertop. Reservoir needs filling after making 2 8oz cups of coffee. Reservoir is small, detachable, and easy to fill. Features a descaling mode for cleaning. Cleans easily. This machine is exactly what I was looking for.

You get what you pay for
It’s cheap and works. I purchased September 2023, but my product is nearing the end of its life cycle. It started doing half brews for some reason about 4 months ago (Oct 2024). I took it apart, cleaned it, and reassembled it for it to work as intended for approximately 4 months. Now it started doing half brews and/or not brewing at all and will make a clicking noise. At this point I will probably buy a nicer one at a business I can return if any issues arise (Costco/Sam’s etc). For the price you’re getting what you pay for. It lasted a year before any hiccups.

Cuisinart coffee maker, great machine
This is was a Cuisinart coffeemarker before it became an Amazon basic. Great quality. My first one lasted 7 years and originally bought at walmart, was surprised its renamed to AB. Pictures of people showing beans overflowing is because they selected the wrong button for the coffee type. If u use a k cup and accidently hit the ground coffee button, expect a mess or unplug it as fast as you can to stop the process.
