Bought 2024 the timer is not shutting off keeing and eye on it then had to unplug the electrical cord. Not easy to clean, gets rusted. Have Asurion they send shipping label, I have to buy a box and bubble wrap did not keep the box no space in an apartment then send to them, not easy for a Senior. Then carry it to UPS to send back.

It did not last long. Approximately less than 4 months. It does not cook on all shelves. It only cooks on the first chef and now it takes forever. Tt is not getting as hot as it was at first.
