I bought these because I experience terrible mood swings days and sometimes a week before my period starts. My period is also never consistent. It jumps around, but I can usually tell when its about to come. I started taking these gummies last night and I took the serving size of 2. I noticed a dramatic change in my mood. I didn't take them on an empty either, but they seemed to absorb just fine. That being said, I also researched that it's good to sometimes take a small dose early in the day and then another small dose in the evening to get those long lasting effects. I took one gummy today on an empty stomach and again, I have a boost in my mood and mental clarity. Note, I am 34 years old at 5'1 and 112 lbs so this might hit me alittle different. I haven't gotten my period yet so its too soon to tell how it regulates my cycle. The taste is great. I not usually a pineapple fan, but I do love the taste of these gummies. They are not overpowering and they are easy to chew. Although it gave me a slight boost in energy, it also gave me a good nights sleep without much waking up. This is reasonably priced compared to other supplements I have found and this one has the least amount of bad reviews. Overall, I would recommend, but I do need to give it time to measure its effectiveness against my other symptoms.

So I been taking this vitamin for a week or so now for my pcos. and I have noticed some changes in my mood and my body hormones. I have always struggled with a dark spot underneath my mouth and I always felt insecure about it. Ever since I started taking this vitamin I have noticed it start to become less noticeable & I only been taking it for a week or so. It has all the good vitamins that most of us woman lack like vitamin D, Omega 3, and several other ones. It tastes amazing & easy to swallow too, if you like pineapple you’ll like this vitamin. My energy levels have skyrocketed and I been able to go to sleep a lot easier. I haven’t noticed any hair growth or changes in me losing so much hair because of my pcos. They taste like pineapple! I found these much easier to consume than 4 large hard to swallow capsules.My cycle has been more regular and I have been losing weight. Not saying it's just due to these, I've tried to make some slightly healthier choices, but I truly think it has helped me personally. I can't say if they'll help everyone but for me I have been very happy with the results!

Knowing better and doing better is what I am doing at this point in my life. Having health issues is no joke so I am ensuring that my issues won’t be prolonged by incorporating this item into my diet. I have heard so much about Inositol , I have taken this in the tablet form but the gummy taste so delicious. Will continue to use to see further results. The gummy is a lot easier to take , no weird after taste when chewed and no discomfort noticed since taking.

I feel like I got such a great value for these gummies. I’ve only been using them for about a week or so and I feel like my energy levels have gone up, and my hair has grown a little longer. I think they are very good quality and work very well. They are gummies to so if it’s hard for you to swallow pills it won’t be an issue here because the ease of swallowing is out of the question.
