Good for heavy flow.
I have quite heavy flow and this keeps it in check. Overall good quality with a nice scent. Scented products are not for everyone though.I am definitely buying this again.

Sent these to college for my daughter as she was living in at horse racing school. Was fed up if running out. She now has plenty and i had a good saving

The perfect padding to a perfect knicker
Wonderful pads! I do wish Always did much longer pads though but if your on fairly heavy and dont tend to spill up and out then these are godsends.Very absorbent, perfect size for an emergency as well, I brought two of the Always Ultra Long 96 pack and it saves so much money.It is worth it I promise.
