Got my bike in ahead of schedule. Unfortunately it had some damage to the display panel. I sent out an email at midnight on a Saturday night and to my surprise I got an answer within 5 minutes. Unbelievable. Could have pushed me over with your finger. This stuff just does not happen anymore. Got back with me early Monday morning and said my New Display Panel and new NFC cards has been shipped. What more could you ask for. Greatest service I have EVER had on anything. Took the bike out to try it at my deer camp, with the old broken Display, and oh my goodness. Power to spare. So far. I am well pleased. Only negative is I'm 5'10" tall and with the seat as low as I can get it, it's a reach to touch the pedals. If the straddle was a couple of inches shorter it would be a perfect bike. Not real bad, but could be a tad bit better.. All in all, it's a 99 out of a 100. And the service is 100 plus.. thanksClaw62Received my new part in a couple of days. Thanks, just want to add a new comment. I captured a deer at my camp. Put it on a two wheeled deer dolly, hooked it to the rack of my new bike. Pulled it across a muddy turnip patch, both tires locked in and no problem. It has enough power in 3rd gear to spin the tires while pulling the deer dolly out through a soft turnip patch. I found out that the tube on the seat hits a rivet inside the housing. I cut the seat tube and was able to lower the seat by 2 inches. Sure made a lot of difference in the ride for me. Hope this helps someone else that has short legs. Now, I have a 100 percent perfect bike. Highly recommend to anyone that needs a strong bike for catching deer. I am 6’2” and 280 pounds. I was worried this would be too small for me. Not so this is a large mountain bike with full suspension. Even only using one motor, it gets right to 25 mph. I have never tried to max it out. Was well packaged and arrived early. I will update in six months. So far very happy

Whether I'm going to work or camping in the great outdoors, this is great! I basically go camping or picnicking every Saturday and Sunday of the week because I can add a trailer to the back of my bike to allow me to fit a lot of stuff on my bike, this bike is undoubtedly perfectly powerful enough but it has to be fully charged before you leave the house or you'll just have to pedal back on it hahaha

In single drive mode I can use it for close to 4 days without needing to recharge it, I usually use my bike to go to work and I often need to use the brakes on city roads because there are so many pedestrians and cars, so I chose to put aside the idea of driving and get around in a different way, and a week after I received the goods I think it was the right choice, I don't have to get stuck in traffic any more and I can go anywhere more easily!

Electric bike stores in my neighborhood also sell dual drive electric bikes but they are very expensive.I purchased a dual drive electric bike from an unknown brand but it broke after less than two months of use.I was very disappointed so I came to Amazon looking for a higher quality product.The bike I found clearly stands out even more. I love the color of the bike, which the seller calls “gunmetal grey”, and it has a very strong metallic look that looks great in the sun. The power of the bike with two motors is really scary! I had to hold on to the handlebars every time I rode or I would have been thrown off the bike! The top speed can reach close to 38MPH when idling, and close to 35MPH when riding with a passenger, this speed is enough for me to use, any faster and I'm worried that I won't be able to control it! The climbing torque is second to none. The hydraulic brakes and shock absorbers are of high quality, and the 20AH removable battery and good range give it an edge. It's well designed, looks great, and performs even better. This bike has exceeded my expectations and has become my favorite mode of transportation. If you are looking to purchase an electric bike, look no further.
