I no longer work on my feet but still have all sorts of feet issues (plantar fascitis,etc), they run in my family. This isn't a miracle worker, but it *is* worth it. It takes the edge off the aching in a way self-massage and massage guns have not, plus I can relax and read while it does its work. My only complaint is it doesn't put much pressure on or rub the heels much, which is where I most need it, but it does feel great and decrease the swelling in my feet.
