These little meringues are sweet, light, crunchy perfection. If you’ve ever tried to make meringues at home, you already know they’re a baking nightmare — one drop of humidity or a wrong glance and you’ve got a tray of egg white goo that tastes like sadness. So yeah, I buy these instead. And honestly? They’re really good. Crispy little melt-in-your-mouth sugar bombs that somehow manage to feel both fancy and diet-friendly. When you’re watching your calories but still want something that feels like a treat, these hit the spot. It’s giving “Parisian bakery but I’m in sweatpants.” BUT—and this is a big but—they have a shelf life of approximately five seconds once the bag is open. If air even thinks about touching them, they go from crisp to chewy chaos immediately. Suddenly you’re eating soft, sticky sugar discs that cling to your molars like meringue revenge. You must reseal or relocate them the moment you’re done, or suffer the consequences. Also, yes, they’re bingeable. “Just one more” turns into “oops I ate 42” and now you’re standing over the sink with sugar on your shirt wondering if you blacked out. Still worth it.

Sticks to the roof of your mouth and tastes artificial to the point of giving you a headache.

These are probably the best flavors out of all the ones they have, in my personal opinion. A lot of people have a hard time with the texture but to me they’re quick easy snack. I would say the texture is kind of like a Styrofoam. I like it, but a lot of people have a hard time with it. I feel as though they’re a tad bit expensive but for one calorie I’d purchase more if need be.

Chose these to try, although loaded with non-diet friendly ingredients. Needless to say, flavor of some aren't too bad, however, they are definitely not diet friendly and the impact is significant. The hopeful target was the inclusion of both maltitol with allulose, however, the maltitol ruins any aspect of diet friendly. The texture and flavor is okay just needs some adjustment to the ingredients. Update: The company reached out to offer a full refund, which was kind and unexpected. I cannot change the review or rating as these are advertised as "keto friendly" and if they are impacting blood sugars, keto is out the window. If trying these, keep in mind the sweeteners used and monitor closely. Everyone may have a different experience and helps to keep an eye on what may happen. Interesting idea although could use some adjustment. No reason to still use maltitol today.

I respect the ability to make a tasty low calorie treat 100% but upon eating these my stomach instant started hurting. It was followed by extreme diarrhea and stomach cramps. Taste - 7/10 Price - 6/10 Personal affects - 0/10 For the price it’s a good deal but it messed my stomach up.

Taste is awful, save your money. I ordered the 4 pk (2 cappuccino and 2 cookies and cream) and they sent me only the cookies and cream flavor. It tasted nothing like a Meringue cookie, let alone cookies and cream flavored. Tasted like a chemical packing peanut.
