Love these Dr Bo
These work great for cleaning out your colon. You take 2 at night for 5-7 days and then stop. You will be cleaned out. Feels good and no bloating either. Your stomach gets flatter too. My nurse told me about Dr Bo and she was right! I take pain meds and other medications that cause constipation. These work in 1 - 2 days depending on how backed up you are. Once you go you feel amazing! No harsh cramps either!

These are a lifesaver and do what they say. Definitely would learn on a day off in your home for a full 24 hours on how your body reacts to them. If you time it just right you can have a normal day and be home for the right time. Try not to give too much TMI lol

Really cleansing
This product definitely works, but I had to adjust how I take it. The recommended dose was a bit too strong for me and gave me some stomach discomfort, so I switched to taking just one pill instead. Even at that lower dose, I can tell it’s effective—it really does what it claims in terms of cleansing and keeping things moving. If you have a sensitive stomach like me, I would recommend starting with a lower dose and seeing how your body reacts. Overall, it’s a strong product that works, just be mindful of the dosage.

⚠️Potential Side Effects⚠️
Please be very careful with this product. Both my husband and I started taking this supplement and we BOTH ended up breaking out in hives. Since this was the only new item we introduced to our routines there's no doubt it was a reaction to this formula. We both had to stop taking it immediately. There seems to be a highly reactive ingredient in this blend, so check the label carefully before buying. It does what it says as far as cleaning you out but once I got hives I had to stop, I have no allergies to anything and have taken this exact kind but without the ginger and I don't remember this EVER happening so be cautious🧡
