I hate squared smart watches. If you like them, than this is not for you. Stop reading this and move on.If you like quality watches. Good looking. Stylish. This might interest you .It is not a smart watch!!! It’s a citizen watch, with its looks and quality, with a digital back display that gives you notifications and fitness info. THATS IT! No useless apps and stuff. No toy-looking-colors. This is perfect for me. I’ve had so many complements on it. It’s a casual even dress watch that allows me to stay up to date on my essential notifications. I’ve actually stopped looking so much at my phone.Battery is good. Interphase and app is simple and good.Cons: not submersible. I wish I could take this swimming. But it is splash resistant. If you stop using it for a day or so, you need to reconnect and calibrate; it’s a simple process, but I think this could have been avoided with a bit more of technology.The “double-tap-light” is super useful. But it should be more of a back light.I wish I could customize a little bit more the face screens.But all of this cons you can easily live with and easily adapt.Overall it’s a Gera watch. I own 4 citizen eco drive watches, and haven’t used since I got this CZ.

This is a charming and well made CITIZEN watch, though the design is a bit flashy. The interface is intuitive, but lagging. Customization of the control buttons is most useful. I set the bottom as a shortcut for the phone audio controls, for example. The three push-buttons are large enough and sufficiently far apart to operate while wearing gloves. The screen is very readable, and the brighter the ambient light the better, in difference to the typical screens. I wish it had solar charging, but given the existing technology it would have taken some of the screen real-estate. As is, the charge lasts for weeks and it fully charges for under an hour! Overall, I like it more than I thought I would.

Rating 4 stars because the jury is still out. I've had a couple of Amazfit smart watches. I like them because of long battery life which is one of my requirements. I don't like the idea of having to recharge my watch every day. I also don't need it to have built in GPS, all smart phones have GPS, so that is kind of superfluous to me. All I need is Time, Date, Heart Rate, and Steps. Anything else is icing on the cake. The SpO2 seems to run 2-4 % low. So far this watch has worked as advertised. Great styling - unlike my plastic Amazfit - I like the hybrid with the analog timekeeping. I don't use the NASA app, the Citizen Connect app seems to have most of what I like to see and I don't want to trigger connectivity issues like I've read on many reviews. 13 days so far on a charge and it is at 43%. The price was right and I consider it a great value. It would have been great if it had better water resistance. Splash proof is unbecoming of a Citizen watch!

DO NOT BUY THIS WATCH. I did as 50% of reviews were positive. There's a reason that 23% of the reviewers on Amazon are giving this watch 2 stars or less. As Citizen's entry into the Hybrid Market, this watch should not have been released. There are extensive problems with the software and firmware and this watch cannot be repaired by your local Citizen repair facility. The return policy is only 30 days and these watches are working for 45 - 60 days before failing to connect to the app on your cell phone. Once this happens, you will never be able to connect the watch to a cell phone regardless of the number of times you have loaded the app or created new accounts with Citizen. The watch itself still functions, but any plans you may have to review health history are gone as are all of the NASA features, etc. You can continue to see the time and do real-time health checks, but any history that would have been kept on the phone app is no longer available. I've spoken to Citizen and they have no solution to this problem. Also, their website to reset your password is listed as "Dangerous Web Page" by Norton security. That should be a huge wakeup call as to the credibility of this watch. Citizen has completely failed their customer base by releasing a dysfunctional watch before it was ready for distribution. Wait a couple of years for Citizen to correct the fatal mistakes on this watch before buying.

I really want to give this watch a higher rating, but just can't quite do it. It looks fantastic! Very good quality. But part of the reason I bought it was for the apps that it claims to connect with. They do not work as promised with the Hybrid CZ. Maybe with the non-hybrid (I don't remember the name of the more expensive, true "smart" watch).

We were looking for a hybrid smartwatch, for which meticulously researched comparables from Garmin, Pininfarina, even Tissot T-Touch Smart. For those of us who want a classic watch with smart features, you can’t get anything better!Very well made and designed. Doesn’t have that “bulky peace of garden hose” look and feel of other feature-packed watches.Battery life is amazing, been wearing it for more than two weeks and still have 22%! Doesn’t have a solar charging but I’m fine with it.CZ app is nothing special but does everything you need, includes all major fitness support features, tracks heartbeats and everything.One downside as compared with twice as pricy Garmins is that it doesn’t have a GPS, which is not an issue for me, since I always carry my phone with me. Also, the glass is mineral but looks like it’s not sapphire crystal.Price is also great for this piece. It doesn’t have cheap look at all, in fact, could have been sold at a higher price!

Voy usando más de 1 mes el reloj, vivo en Sudamérica y la compatibilidad con las 2 Apps a sido perfecta. La duración de la batería es entre 25 y 30 días. La sincronización con iPhone 15 no me ha traído novedades. Muy buena opción para quienes gustan de un reloj híbrido.
