Saved me having to buy a new modem
I got the dreaded call at work - Modem is dead - won't power up - power cord tested "ok" - I got home after buying a new modem at Best Buy and on a whim used the power cord on my old modem on the off chance that the power supply was bad - I was happily surprised when my NetGear NightHawk powered right up. So ordered a new power supply - subpar modem returned to Best Buy - this power supply worked great for my Netgear cable modem.

Doesn't fit what it says it does...
I purchased this as a replacement for my original cord that tore up, but the end of this one does not fit tight enough to stay plugged in to massager. It literally falls right out without being touched. I'm returning.

Powered a Processor Fine, 3A is a Beefy Output but They Claim "No Noise" but I Measured 500mv Noise
We used the Mareisa 12V Power Supply for our own project, not to power Netgear equipment. It is functional as a 12VDC AC converter for any equipment that requires 12V. This unit puts out a bit of power current at 3A vs. the 1.5 -2M one usually sees, which is probably why it's specified for Netgear routers and such. We powered a microprocessor, Arduino Nano, and the processor ran fine with this power supply. The voltage measured just over 12VDC while under load. We also measured about 500mv peak-to-peak of noise on the line. The webpage specifies "No Noise," which I call enthusiastic marketing and which is absurd or impossible to achieve. However, these small wall worts can have up to 1.2V peak-to-peak noise and still operate electronics fine, so 500mv noise is not bad. The voltage and current are clearly stamped on the body and also the country of origin.

This power supply is rated for 36W, and carries 3A at 12V. The other end of the power supply is the standard DC barrel jack, it is able to work with many electric appliances or even LED light strips. This power supply is UL listed

While I would love to share my honest thoughts about this power supply, unfortunately there isn't much to say as it's a 15V1.4A charger instead of the advertised 12V3A. With specifications like that, it's impossible for me to find a use case for it. The connector isn't standard 5.5x2.5mm, though an adapter was included to convert to it. For whatever use-case it may be for, I can only assume it performs well given It's UL listed.
