Extra Thick Yoga and Pilates Mats 1/2 inch

Very pleased with this, I have used it several times now, it is durable and provides comfort and support.

I was having such a difficult time keeping up with my at home workout program but now with this new mat I can jump and it doesn't hurt my back! It supports my whole body with the thick pad and absorbs extra movement. It rolls up and back out nicely. However I did find it slipped a little but I was doing very fast back and forth shuffling with my feet. It is nice and thick and the straps I haven't used because I keep it at home anyways.

Does the job. Thick and pretty durable. It does have a bit of a smell when it first arrives but I just wiped it down and it went away.

Love this mat! I got the 1/2 inch mat. It’s soft and super lightweight too! It’s perfect - exceeds my expectations.

I recently had spinal surgery, and have started to do a bit of rehab exercises at home. Doing them on the floor was very uncomfortable on my back. After much research on exercise mats, I chose this one and am so glad I did! It's the perfect thickness, and makes getting down on the floor so much more comfortable. I was afraid it might have a strong chemical odor, as many reviewers of other mats have noted. I'm super sensitive to smells, and this one doesn't smell at all. Very pleased with my mat and it was a good price, too. Highly recommend!

I love how this feels under my knees and elbows, makes planks, etc so much more comfortable. However, it wrinkles super easily and seems like it's going to split after very little use. If you are barefoot, your feet stick to it and make a sucking noise when you move them, so probably not great to bring to a yoga class. It is also very slippery, regardless of which side you use. The ribbed side up makes you slide while doing high planks while the underside slips on the floor. I really wanted to love this because it's so comfy but it's not great for workouts.

It is a very nice, thick mat with carrying strap. Wasn't sure it would be as nice as described, but was pleasantly surprised at the quality and length of the mat. This wiĺ definitely make working out easier and more comfortable.

I love this yoga mat. The thickness is just right and it doesn't allow my feet to slide, it will stretch a tiny bit to help me move into positions. Overall very comfortable, and seems to be a quality product. Did not smell bad when I opened it, like other yoga mats.

I need it for my Canadian Airforce Exercises which I do at home. Being a lady of 77 years old, my balance suits the thickness of this mat otherwise I would topple over. I’m 5’ 8” and the length is perfect so I don’t have to shuffle back and forth while doing the floor exercises. Nice quality. Comfortable. Very happy.
