They fixed my washer and now it runs smoothly without shaking and only took about 15 minutes to replace good product and a very easy fix it definitely balances my washer and seem very sturdy and durable and nothing different from the factory ones

I have Samsung WA50R5200AW/US top load washer for 6 years. It been recently vibrated a lot with loud noise. Two days ago the spin cycle just not working properly end up Ur error code. I googled, the top answer is suspension rod might need replaced. Bad news is Samsung OEM part cost nearly $100 per rod. Then I found this one with positive reviews with much lower price. I ordered with damping grease for washer because one review mentioned few months after replacement it start squeaking and bouncing again, then he purchased damping grease applied for rod, everything back to normal. If anyone need those rod needs to buy grease too. The replacement process is not too hard but need be careful: it’s kind of dirty job because Samsung put some kind of glue on the top, it’s super sticky and really not easy to wipe off. Also there are old grease on the rod, sticky too. You need some gloves and towels. Don let those glue and old grease touch anything. It’s can be done by one person, but it’s better to get extra hand for help, that will make job done much easier. On YouTube, there are how to videos for exact same model. Watch those before start replacing rods. It took me 30 minutes to finish. After that the washer alive again: no vibration, no noise, no error code. I am happy I purchase this product with much better price. Highly recommended.

Wow! I thought I needed a new washer!! Trouble shooting said this part might be the trick . Husband replaced in our Samsung - the old ones were super thin!! These are very sturdy. He followed directions on YT. Machine has been working great for a couple months now. Saved us a LOT of money!!! I HIGHLY recommend doing this before hiring repairman or buying a new machine!!!

Fit my samsung washer fine, solved my out of balance problem, took me about 1 hour to install and now the washer works like new again, if you order them be sure to order synthetic lube to put on them.

Haven’t installed these yet, but first impression is good. Parts look solid and well made, and everything was included as described. Packaging was fine and nothing arrived damaged.
