Mixed thoughts
Like most people I have heard of AG1 a long time before had the chance to actually try it. They have a very active marketing presence, and several youtubers i watch (around topics not related to health at all) do relentlessly promote AG1 in nearly all of their videos - so they must have a strong referral bonus program also i guess!Focusing on the product itself. The box it comes in is unnecessarily large, presumably to make you feel you are getting your monies worth. It could easily be 50% of the size and still contain the exact actual contents. The included shaker bottle is good and the weighted lid makes it easy to give it a robust shaking to mix the powder with the water. The markings on the side of the bottle are very clear so it is easy to fill with the right volume of water before adding the powder. A metal scoop is included which works well for this. The powder itself is very green. The instructions say to keep in the fridge between uses. I'm unsure if this is to prevent any ingredients going off, or if it is to improve the taste. At a chilled temperature the powder/water mix is drinkable with only a slight 'green' taste to it. However if you leave it to come to room temperature before drinking it will then remind you of drinking from the back yard pond, so keep it chilled !Unfortunately this requirement to keep it chilled does make it a bit less practical compared to other powder shakes. After 1 months of taking this each morning on an empty stomach, i'm not sure that i have noticed any health differences myself. I do feel the price is too steep for 30-days supply and I think this might be a case of the product name and hype getting away from the actual product. If you're in poor health or poor nutrition then this might help fill in some gaps, but if you already have a reasonable balance it probably won't add anything.

Jury is out just yet
This is the 2nd purchase for my husband. He thinks it’s making a difference hence splashing out for another months supply as that’s how long they suggest it takesVery expensive and I didn’t need the scoops or the bottle as we had them from the first order. Had a look on eBay and there are quite a few bottles on there which suggests that I’m not the only one who would just buy the powder

A Great Supplement to Your Daily Diet.
Because I am vegan, it was especially important for me that the product was completely plant-based. It is gluten-free, dairy-free, egg-free, peanut-free, and also contains no artificial coloring, sweetening, or GMOs. I was honestly concerned about the taste, because the green drinks I had tried before were not very tasty. However, AG1's light pineapple and vanilla flavored taste is really drinkable, and I've even started to like it more over time. The fact that it has undergone third-party testing and is tested for more than 500 pesticides, herbicides, and prohibited substances annually is also reassuring. Considering that there are so many supplements on the market today, such details are important. After I started using it, I felt an improvement in my digestive system and my energy level became more regular. I feel more refreshed when I wake up in the morning.

good, but the price !
AG1 (formerly Athletic Greens) offers a comprehensive formula with over 70 ingredients including essential vitamins, minerals, probiotics, and adaptogens. The convenience of getting all these nutrients in a single scoop is great, potentially replacing an entire collection of supplements with just one product. The quality is evident through its NSF Certification for Sport, and its gluten-free, vegan, and keto-friendly formulation caters to various dietary preferences. Many users, myself included, notice some benefits in energy levels and digestive health. The taste is quite OK compared to other green powders I have tried. However, the price point presents a barrier to long-term use. At £97 for a 30-day supply (about £3.23 per serving), AG1 requires a substantial monthly investment. While the formula is comprehensive, many of the ingredients appear in smaller amounts than what you'd find in dedicated single-nutrient supplements. This product undeniably delivers on its promises as a comprehensive daily nutritional supplement, and the quality of its ingredients is impressive. For those with sufficient disposable income, I'd recommend it as an all-in-one solution that may effectively replace several other supplements in one's regimen. That said, the steep price makes it difficult to recommend as a sustainable long-term solution for the budget-conscious consumer, me included.
