Of course both positions that aren’t ideal when you’re pregnant. Sleeping like this caused me severe neck, back and shoulder pain over the last 30 years which only got worse now that I’m carrying a baby.I hit 20 weeks now and it was so time for a pillow! The nights were horrible, everything hurt and the word uncomfortable got a new definition for me.Why did I choose this pillow out of all the 1002849 options out there?- all parts are detachable- no need to adjust the pillow when I want to switch sides- the head pillow supports different sleeping positions- trust in the brand- easy customization of shape exactly to my needsAs a belly and back sleeper the detachable and also supportive head pillow was probably the biggest plus for this one.The pillow arrived fast and vacuum compressed.
