Reviewing this after 10 days of usage. Has been working well and generate steam within a minute. Quality of material is very good . Safe and easy to use and affordable. 5 star to amazon for refunding but 0 star to the product. Works fine but the quality & make of the material is so bad that you may end up feeling that you will get a shock or it may burst. Because the top of the plastic really heats up bad even for usage of 3 mins. I noticed sparks when added a pinch of salt when there was no steam & had to shut of immediately (addition of salt is mentioned on the instructions). Not a ISI safe marked item as well. Please avoid for safety

It is very beneficial for relieving congestion, coughing, and colds. Also, it works great for steaming the face, leaving the skin clean and fresh. very handy and light. It has several attachments and is effectively producing steam. Perfect for consuming steam while feeling cold and for a steam facial. It is convenient to carry and store.

Product design is very good and it work very well and heating time is also low but you can't adjust intesity of steam and it produces very harsh steam so you have to use it after turning it off and after few inhale again you have to turn it on and wait of few seconds to warm it up and again use it after turn off to use. Spark level is high that's what it is producing very heated steam. Water capacity is good enough to use use it multiple time.

It heats up very fast and gives a steady steam flow. The attachments are very user friendly. Very light weight compact travel friendly product. A total value for money.
