Very Comfortable
First off I want to say I haven't slept on this yet. My opinion is based on assembling and lying down on it. Assembly took about 30 seconds, nothing much to it really. Lying down on it was a revelation! This thing is VERY comfortable, and is wide enough to turn on your side, roll over, lie on your back,, whatever. Now I'm sure it's not going to be quite the same as my lovely bed at home but I'd say this will make camping out a whole lot more comfortable! I'm now ordering another one for my wife… and maybe one for my daughter as well.edit… So I slept on it for a long weekend and it was every bit as comfortable as I'd hoped 😉

it is very sturdy and has a feeling of good quality/durability
Slightly more expensive than some camping beds of a similar design, however, it is very sturdy and has a feeling of good quality/durability. The extra width means that it is much more comfortable and I slept very well.Slightly heavy to use while backpacking, but then that is not why I bought it.Some reviews indicate that it is hard to assemble, I did not find this to be the case. Simply insert and connect the side tubes then rest the edge of the bed against a wall, kneeling on the other side insert the legs into the far hole (tube nearest the wall) and push the leg, supported by/against the wall, to insert in the second hole/tube. Repeat....Would definitely buy again, although due to the high spec am unlikely to need to!

Sturdy and comfortable
This camp bed is great. The first time I assembled it it was a little tricky to get the first leg in the holes, but once I'd figured out the best way the rest were pretty simple - it definitely helps to assemble the bed frame first then turn it over and flat on the floor, before attempting to connect the legs. This camp bed is really comfortable and is a fair bit wider than others I have tried.

A good night's sleep at last
I used this camp bed for the first time last weekend and it transformed my camping experience. I'd previously used self inflating mats (2cm), the traditional foam mat beloved of scouts and an inflatable mattress and have always struggled to get a good night's sleep in a tent...well that is a thing of the past! The bed is sturdy, wide and I found it very comfortable. There are a few reviews which suggest this style of bed is difficult to erect. I'd have to agree that it does require a fair degree of effort to slot the springy steel legs in to place as they are what provide the tension in the canvas. However, I'm sure that most folks would have no difficulty understanding how it goes together. I'm certainly very pleased with my purchase.

Very wide and comfortable. I'm 6 foot and 13 stone, and it felt just right. Putting it together is a bit fiddly the first time, but easy enough thereafter.
